Dr. Leonard Goldstock, a Schenectady native, began practicing with Northeast Orthopedics in July of 1997. He had previously practiced with Roanoke Orthopedic Center in Roanoke, Virginia. Dr. Goldstock, a Cornell graduate, earned his M.D. from Albany Medical College and received his orthopaedic residency training at Albany Medical Center Hospital. He completed Fellowship training in hand and upper extremity surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.
Dr. Goldstock specializes in surgery of the hand and upper extremity, but also maintains a busy practice in general orthopaedics. He is an active member of the medical educational community. He is Board Certified in Orthopaedic surgery and is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He held the role of Chief of Orthopaedics at Seton Health System/St. Mary's Hospital in Troy from April, 2001 through December, 2003.
Dr. Goldstock is the Chairman of the Board of the Executive Woods Ambulatory Surgery Center.
