Directions: From the Northway (I-87): Take Exit 6 off the Northway (I-87). If traveling North go left (if South go right) off the exit ramp. Travel approximately one third mile on Route 7 West and take a right at the light at Wade Road. Turn left into the Capital Region Health Park parking lot and enter the main entrance straight ahead.

From Schenectady take Route 7 East to the entrance of the Capital Region Health Park on the left, just one third mile before the intersection of I-87.
